Get ready for a crash course in basic crochet skills as we work the sweetheart sampler scarf together.  You’ll learn how to select and read a crochet pattern, cast on a project, and perform three crochet stitches that can be used to create blankets, sweaters, and more.  Absolutely no previous experience required!

Students must provide their own supplies.  See the class supply list below.

Supplies Needed

  • 5.5 mm crochet hook
  • 350 yards of worsted (4) weight yarn (350 yards of a single color OR 120 yards each of 3 colors)
  • scissors
  • measuring tape
  • darning needle

  • Mondays: September 25 & October 2
  • Time: 6:00 – 7:30 pm
  • Location: Rec Center Classrooms (202 Baldwin Dr)
  • Age: 16+
  • Class Fee: $35
  • Students must provide their own supplies (see supply list above)
