Participate in an evening of creativity where you will paint your own work of art while enjoying delicious chocolate refreshments. Local professional artist, Leslie Larson, will take you step by step through the process as you complete an 11×14 painting. No previous painting experience is required!
Register on your own or with a friend or family member for a fun night out. Registration fee includes many easy to remember techniques for acrylic painting and the use of all the needed supplies to complete your project.
Class participants will learn basic acrylic painting skills including some color mixing and blending techniques.
This month’s project has a twist to it, where each person gets the opportunity to collaborate in painting a small portion of each participants piece including the instructor’s! Participants will start with their own canvas then rotate to the next person after a set time frame. This will continue until everyone has contributed to each canvas, resulting in unique, group-created masterpieces. Once Participants receive their own canvas back, they put the finishing touches on it to their satisfaction.
